Members who are facing behavioral health or chronic conditions can get condition-specific education and support.

Essential Advocate®

Members can get concierge-level support 24 hours a day, seven days a week to address their concerns — including a 24-hour nurse line. They’ll get assistance ranging from answers about their health benefits, to guidance on elderly care, to help finding the most economical medical services.

Strive

Introducing Strive, a comprehensive solution for health and well-being engagement. Strive is a product of Virgin Pulse, an independent company that offers a digital health platform on behalf of your health plan. It’s designed to help members adopt easy-to-maintain changes in behavior that can lower health risks.

Strive is user-friendly, with digital options similar to those members already use and enjoy in their daily lives. Features include a brief health survey, challenges, digital coaching and educational content. Strive’s smart technology serves up tailored tips and programming that help members build healthy habits. They can even share features, such as challenges, with friends and family members.

Health Incentive Account (HIA)

A health incentive account (HIA) can help you control costs by encouraging members to seek regular preventive care. Members are rewarded with deductible credits for completing activities such as annual physicals or dental exams, and My Health NovelSM milestones.

Biometrics

Health screenings are a simple way employers can invest in their employee’s health. Screenings reveal potential health risks that could affect your population and can help you determine which programs and education will have the most impact on keeping your employees happy and healthy.
