Earn Blue Rewards
Select BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina members can earn up to $150 per year for completing wellness activities through the Blue RewardsSM program:
- Get a flu shot and earn $60.
- Get a wellness exam and earn $60 more.
- Have a telehealth visit and get another $30.
When we receive claims for these activities, we load your reward dollars onto a Blue Rewards Visa® card. Note: You must register for your Blue Rewards account before you can receive the card.
Use your rewards toward copays, coinsurance and other out-of-pocket costs for covered medical services (excluding pharmacy).
When would you need to submit a form?
Since we use claims data to process your rewards, you shouldn’t need to do anything if you receive these services from network providers. There may be times when we don’t get a claim. Examples could include a sports physical at a child’s school or receiving a flu shot at work.
