Go paperless! With electronic funds transfer (EFT) and electronic remittance advice (ERA), you can eliminate the hassles of waiting to receive paper checks and remittance advice for your patients by mail. We can send payments directly to your designated bank account. And you can view and even sort through remittance information online. Electronic payments and ERA information generally are available about four days sooner than with hard copy mailing.

Enrolling is Easy

Not yet enrolled in our EFT or ERA program?

• If you wish to receive EFTs, complete and return the Electronic Funds Transfer Enrollment form.

Note: The same authorized person from your practice must sign both pages of the document.

Return the completed form to Provider.EFT@bcbssc.com or fax it to 803-870-8065, Attn: EFT Coordinator.

• If you wish to receive ERAs linked to your clearinghouse, complete and return the Clearinghouse ERA Enrollment form.

Return the completed form to EDI.Services@bcbssc.com.

Accessing Remittance Information

You can view imaged copies of your remittance advice through My Insurance Manager^SM or directly through My Remit Manager.
